Performance Indicators (KPI)

This KPI tracks "Your Latest Weight," providing a current snapshot of your weight measurement. It reflects the most recent data point collected, offering immediate insight into your current weight status.

The "Fasting Average per Day" KPI calculates the daily average duration of fasting periods, providing a quantified measure of fasting practices over a specified timeframe. This metric offers insights into the consistency and intensity of fasting habits, reflecting how individuals manage their fasting routines on a day-to-day basis.

Measuring Autophagy as a KPI quantifies the cell's process of self-degradation and recycling. It's crucial in research for diseases like cancer and neurodegeneration. For our measurements, we consider 16 hours of fasting as the initial threshold for the onset of autophagy.

The "Delayed Response KPI" is especially crucial in areas such as food allergy testing, nutritional impact assessments, and the development of gastronomic products, where understanding the lag in bodily reactions to food intake is paramount. This KPI provides targeted insights into the timing and nature of delayed responses, offering valuable data for evaluating how the body reacts over time to specific foods or ingredients. By capturing these delayed effects, the KPI enhances the ability to diagnose allergies, understand nutritional benefits or detriments, and innovate food products tailored to mitigate adverse reactions or optimize health outcomes.

"These KPIs are designed to quantify the improvements in sleep quality observed 48 hours following the consumption of particular foods, with the requirement that the specific lunch and dinner pairing be documented at least twice in your dietary journal. By focusing on the correlation between dietary choices and subsequent sleep patterns, these metrics offer nuanced insights into how specific meals influence rest quality. This approach enables a targeted analysis of the long-term impacts of dietary habits on sleep, facilitating the identification of foods that contribute to enhanced sleep health.

These KPIs track the beneficial impact on weight recorded 48 hours after the intake of specific foods, necessitating that the lunch and dinner pairings are logged at least twice in your dietary journal. This methodical approach allows for a precise evaluation of how certain meals contribute to weight management over a short period. By systematically correlating dietary intake with weight changes, these metrics provide insightful data on the effectiveness of specific food combinations in achieving weight goals.

"These KPIs assess the enhancements in energy quality observed 48 hours after eating particular foods, requiring that the same lunch and dinner combinations are recorded at least twice in your dietary journal. This structured analysis helps isolate the direct effects of specific food pairings on energy levels, offering a clear insight into how diet influences energy sustainability and vitality.
